Terms and Conditions
Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by CLN Automotive Ltd (No. 2665801) to the customer named on the order form.
Price Information
All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. CLN Automotive Ltd VAT number is 674 1167 32
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account on receipt of your order. Payment for the whole value of the goods you ordered must be debited before goods will be despatched. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will endeavour to contact you by either telephone or email to verify certain details however this may result in a delay or non-delivery of you order until contact has been made.
Delivery of Goods
Your order will be delivered by a national parcel carrier and can arrive between 8.00am and 6.00pm. A signature will be required for all goods. In order to assist us with claims for damage or shortages please inspect your parcel(s) carefully before the driver leaves and note on the carrier paperwork if there are any signs of damage or shortages.
If you are out when the parcel carrier arrives the driver will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
Delivery Times
All products are made to order and will therefore take up to 28 days to deliver.
Order Forms & Cancelled Orders
The customer is responsible for all information provided on the order form. Your order will be held until all relevant information is received. Any errors caused by incorrect details being entered on the order form is the responsibility of the customer.
Once production has commenced orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Law Applicable
These conditions and all contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise make available any personal data submitted by you to any third parties. This information is understood by us to mean your name, address, telephone/fax number and e-mail address. This information will not be used for any direct marketing or unsolicited follow-up unless we have previously informed you of this possible use and you have given us your express permission when submitting it. With your permission, we will use this information for such purposes as:
- Sending you paper publications or other correspondence
- Sending you e-mail press releases or notification
